By working with your Human Resources department you will now have numerous potential candidates from which to choose that have been pre-screened. THE COST IS THE BEST PART! Name Generation Professionals offer’s two separate specialized services from which to choose:
A - Name Generation - This is our specialty!!! A Name Generation is a generated detailed list of every candidate in a geographical area that matches that particular opportunity. (Typical list is 30 names). Our cost for this service is $3,000 which on average works out to less than $100 per name. Payment Schedule - An initial deposit of 50% ($1,500) is required to begin. and the client agrees to pay the remaining balance 50% ($1,500) no later than fifteen (15) days after the initial list being received by client this for approval to begin calling and screening for interest level & qualification free of charge.
B - Contingency Search - When a client requests to work on contingency search, NGP will typically provide the client with between 1- 3 candidates that are fully screened and best experienced for your open position. Our cost is industry standard twenty percent (20%) o f candidate's first year salary this would be due to (NGP) within 15 days after said candidate has accepted started with your company .
Please note these two services can not be combined in anyway. All terms of payment are fully understood by both parties and have been expressed both in writing (via our website) and verbally. By the client making the initial deposit to NGP they are now bound by a contract where NGP agrees to provide the client with a detailed list of all available candidates including contact information and in return the client agrees to pay any outstanding fees within 15 days of receiving the initial list prior to approval or agrees to be held liable for any and all legal & collection costs associated including (100%) and/or travel costs with said collection process including interest of ten percent (10%) on the outstanding balance starting on the initial request date.
